Balanced Fitness offers the 'Prime Health' Program. We take a realistic and practical approach to adopting a healthier lifestyle. We believe successfully losing weight requires a combination of sound nutrition, effective physical activity, appropriate lifestyle change and psychological support. The Prime Health program is a personalized nutrition and physical activity plan to meet your individual goals. Your enthusiastic health coach implements your program through ongoing one-on-one sessions in our studio. Your progress is continually monitored to measure the achievement of your goals and to keep you motivated on the road to success. Program includes initial lifestyle assessment and goal setting, weekly private consultations, personal nutrition and exercise program and workbook.
