Our mission at Balanced Fitness Studio is to assist our clients with finding the best balance of strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness through the Pilates method.
We strive to assist our clients to reach their fitness goals by providing quality instruction in small group classes or private training. We are currently in our 20th year of success in the Fraser Heights community with a proven formula that works.
Equipped with 5 Reformers and Towers, the Pilates equipment allows for total body toning, postural alignment and flexibility while stabilizing deep core muscles.
Our clients feel comfortable, cared for and find confidence in themselves. Connecting to oneself and to others in our community is truly what sets our studio apart.
