Our mission at Balanced Fitness studio is to assist our clients with finding the best balance of strength flexibility, coordination and body awareness through the Pilates method.
Our classes are designed to maximize individual attention in a group environment with small class sizes that lead by experienced and certified instructors. We also offer semi-private and one-on-one training should you desire a more personalized program for your individual needs.

Balanced Fitness is a beautiful boutique studio offering quality Pilates instruction with small class sizes and affordable rates. We are currently in our 16th year of success in the Fraser Heights community!
The cables, bars, straps and pulleys of the Pilates equipment allow for total body toning, postural alignment and flexibility while stabilizing with deep core muscles. Exercises are done from a variety of positions such as lying on back, kneeling, sitting and standing creating an effective, no-impact stretching and toning workout that is friendly to the joints and benefits the entire body.
With fully certified Pilates and fitness trainers specializing in post/prenatal, special populations, rehab and sport specific training you can be confident you are receiving top quality instruction.
