I have been going to Shannon’s Studio 3 times per week for 3 years now. I love to play volleyball, run and do other fitness classes but would not miss the strengthening and stretching that only Reformer Pilates can give me. I have learned so much about why healthy movement and understanding your body can prevent injury. As I age, I know that my core strength and flexibility are integral to living a healthy and active life. The instructors are knowledgeable, caring, and hands on which gives each member of the class a feeling of having your own personal trainer. I am so thankful to have found this studio and would recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy getting fit and helping your body age well. I told Shannon, that Pilates was like a YAWN for my body. It feels so good!
